What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are
ViperCoil (ViperCoil.com) is a free browser game with virtual coins, and a site for people who want to partner with us. This page explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

ViperCoil is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use this site.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed for the features below. There are no accounts and no sign-up before you play the demo.
When you write to us
The contact form on the Partners page asks for your name, email address and message. Company and role are optional. We use these to answer you.
When you sign up for email
The demo page has an optional email signup. It is off until you tick the box, which is never ticked for you. The box reads: “I’m 18+ and agree to receive ViperCoil news and partner casino offers by email. Unsubscribe anytime.”
If you sign up, we store your email address, the version of that consent text, the time, the place on the site where you signed up, and a salted hash of your IP address.
Technical data
When you send a form, we turn your IP address into a salted hash and keep only that hash with the form record. We use it for security and to limit spam and repeated submissions. We do not keep the raw IP address in form records.
We count visits with our own simple counter, without cookies and without third-party analytics. To tell visitors apart within one day, our server turns the IP address and browser name into a code that changes every day; neither is stored. When the day ends, the codes are deleted and only the day's totals remain: pages viewed, where visitors came from, country, type of device, games started and clicks on casino links.

On your device
The game stores settings, your demo coin balance and whether you have seen certain dialogs in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device. We do not read it, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.
What we do not do
The site uses no third-party analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Why we use it, and on what basis
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, these are the legal bases we rely on.
- Answer your message. Consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form. We also have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
- Send marketing email. Only if you tick the signup box, and only to adults. The emails contain ViperCoil news and offers from third-party casino partners. The legal basis is your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not send these emails to anyone who has not opted in.
- Keep the site secure and stop abuse. Legitimate interest, using the hashed IP and server logs.
- Run the game. The game connects to our game server so rounds can run on our side. Connection data is used only to run and protect the game.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or delete it;
- stop using it, or limit how we use it;
- send it to you in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what we did before.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us at the contact address below, from the address you signed up with, and we will remove you. To use any other right, write to us (see Contact below). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age limit
ViperCoil is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this page
We will update this page when what we do changes and show the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
