A snake arena built to become a casino game

ViperCoil is our own browser game. You pick an entry, collect coins, cut off rivals and try to cash out. Today it is a free demo with virtual coins. We are looking for a game provider or studio partner, and for funding, to take it into licensed casino lobbies.

A frame from ViperCoil: a green snake collecting coins in a dark arena among rival snakes, with a coin counter and a progress bar to the 50x exit at the top.
A real frame from the game. The green snake is the player; the others are rivals. Amounts are demo coins.
Product
A snake arena for the browser. Coins are virtual.
Stage
Playable demo. Game logic is moving to our server. Not yet submitted to a test lab.

What exists today

Everything marked built is in the code or the project files now. Work that is still under way says so.

  • Built

A playable game in the browser

Mouse and touch controls, a lobby with three demo entries ($5, $10 and $20), an exit sequence and a result screen. Touch controls exist but have not yet been checked on a physical phone.

  • Built

    The cash-out rule

Hold 50x your entry and a 30-second survival countdown starts. Then the arena edge glows and you have 15 seconds to cross it. All three values are settings in the game engine.

  • Built

    12 rivals

Every round has 12 rival snakes. They steer around bodies, avoid dead ends, boost and cut each other off.

  • Built

    A finished look

Six snake skins, seven arena floors, branded win and exit animations, and a renderer that lowers its own quality when the frame rate drops below 24 per second.

  • Built

    A repeatable, tested simulation

The engine accepts a seeded random source, so a seeded round replays the same way. It is covered by more than 230 automated tests, with no failures at the last run on 6 October 2026.

  • In progress

    Game logic on our server

The rules and the rival snakes move to a server we run. The browser only sends steering and draws what the server returns. This keeps the game from being copied out of the browser and is the base for any operator integration. We make no claim about production scale yet.

  • Next

    Short vertical videos

A repeatable way to produce clips of rounds for TikTok and YouTube Shorts is planned.

Why this format

Casino lobbies have already taken in one non-slot, quick-round format. These numbers come from published sources, shown with publisher and year. Company figures are labelled company-reported.

What these numbers do not show. They describe the market, not this game. Showing that a snake-arena game can sit in a licensed lobby is the main task ahead, and we want to do it with a partner.

Game formats

One game, three ways to run it. Only the cash arena exists today. The other two are concepts.

  • Built as demo

    Cash arena

The current game. Enter, collect coins, reach 50x, survive 30 seconds, cross the edge within 15. Today it runs on virtual coins only.

  • Concept

    Tournaments

Timed events with a leaderboard of results.

  • Concept

    Jackpot event

A special round with a prize pool set by the operator. It would need its own maths and compliance review.

Path to a licensed casino game

A casino game is more than a good client. This is the route we see and who we expect to lead each step. The split is a starting point for discussion.

What we bring

  • The game: design, client, art and brand
  • A tested simulation engine
  • A server architecture, in progress
  • A demo you can open now

What a partner brings

  • Experience with labs and regulators
  • Platform and wallet integration
  • Licences and operator relationships
  • Compliance and player-protection know-how
  1. Maths model and RTP design

    Together

Define how entries, prizes and the rules map to a published, testable return to player.

  2. RNG and game certification

    Partner leads

An accredited independent lab tests the random number generator, the maths and the build. We supply the game, documentation and source access.

  3. Wallet and platform integration

    Partner leads

Debit, credit and rollback calls with the operator's wallet through a remote game server, plus session handling and reporting.

  4. Jurisdiction approvals

    Partner leads

Licences and approvals held by the provider or operator in each market.

  5. Responsible-gaming features

    Together

Limits, session reminders and self-exclusion hooks, as each market requires.

  6. Lobby launch and distribution

    Partner leads

Direct operator deals or an aggregator. Smaller studios reach operators through aggregators: Hub88 added InOut Games' 47+ titles in December 2025 (company-reported; Hub88, G3 Newswire).

What the rules say

Open questions we want to settle early. ViperCoil is a skill-based arena, not a standard random-outcome game. How a lab or regulator would classify it, and which maths model it needs, is not yet known. Lab prices and timelines for a new format are not published; we need a quote.

Ways to work together

Terms are to be agreed. We are open to any of these, and to combinations.

  • Licensing or revenue share with a provider

A provider adds ViperCoil to its portfolio, certifies and distributes it, and shares the revenue. It suits providers that already have a platform, labs and operator relationships.

  • Co-development

We build the casino version together, with a shared team, a shared roadmap and agreed ownership. It suits studios that want a distinctive format.

  • Investment

Funding to finish the server build, the maths model, certification and launch. It suits private investors and strategic funds.

Numbers on audience, budget and timeline are shared on a call.

Roadmap

Where each part stands today. No dates are promised.
